Source of Success’ systematic approach to Career Management and ADULT LIFE PREPARATION TM (ALP) is a tried and tested model for achievement. Through constant dialogue, practical exercises and the resulting self discovery, we will do all we can to ensure that your personal and professional objectives are realised.
We will design and implement a ‘client led’ personal development programme that can help you enhance many aspects of your life enjoyably and effectively, more often than not exceeding the initial remit and expectations of your brief. Plus all the while you will have access to a constant companion providing you with peace of mind, direction and support.
We don’t however offer a magic solution to eliminate or resolve life’s ills. Fundamental to the success of our partnership programme is the management of your own expectations.
From the outset we establish a partnership or relationship built on trust and mutual respect between the Practioner and you the Client. We work tirelessly to ensure that the process is fun, exciting and ultimately liberating.
The first priority of Source of Success is always to listen and find out what you the client really wants to achieve, known and hidden.
Once we have determined what it is and that you are ready to step up and achieve your goal by taking affirmative action, we will assist you the client still further in identifying and defining the specific goal in even greater detail.
After the goal has been fully appraised, we will work together to prioritise activities, develop an achievable plan, agree terms and set up a time frame to accomplish the goal. Your journey to achievement is about to begin!
